Choose from four medical plans through the Florida State Benefits Program, with incredibly low premiums starting from just $15/month. Even our top-tier insurance plan, with family coverage, is only $180 per month.
$25,000 Term Basic Life and Employee Assistance Program (paid by PHSC)
Access to Optional Supplemental Insurance Options: Choose from affordable plans including optional life and dependents' life insurance, dental, vision, accident, cancer, disability, and hospital coverage.

Work-Life Balance You Can Count On
Up to 64 Days (512 Hours) of Paid Time Off
- Vacation: Up to 18 days (Does not apply to Faculty on 9-month contracts)
- Sick: Up to 12 days, with 4 of these days available for Personal reasons
- Major Holidays: 8 days
- Winter Break: 14-21 days (varies by year)
- Spring Break: 5 days
